To describe my experience here in Lampang Rajabhat University as a SEA-Teacher exchange student, I can describe it in one quote, and that is “Language may stand in our way, but learning opens doors every day.” because at first, language differences may seem a challenge, and you may not share the same language with your students, but I believe that learning goes beyond words. As a teacher, I realized that you should take this opportunity to become more empathetic and aware to meet the needs of your students. Adapt your teaching strategies and foster inclusive environments. Ultimately, we have the ability to break down these barriers and be creative in our teaching strategies, ensuring that language is never a barrier to learning.
